Planning ahead is better than trying to fix it later

Stability = Perfect Peace

stability

So many times in life, we look for peace in every person or thing instead of ourselves.  One of the saddest things is to see someone attempting to live in peace and they are so scattered they don’t realize how chaotic they are.

Stability has always been one of my strongest areas.  I attribute it to the fact that I tend to keep the noise level in my head down.  This is achieved by writing a lot.  And I do mean a lot.  Writing for my mind is like Ex-Lax for my belly – it keeps me in perfect peace.

You will never achieve stability until your mind is well balanced.  Until then, you’re just jumping from one thing to the next hoping you’ll find peace when all you have to do is be still.

How can you achieve a well balanced mind?  Use what passion you have to quiet the storm in your mind.  For me, it’s writing.  For you, it could be something else.  Another thing I use when not writing is music.  I love just about an genre so I’ll listen to anything – except rap (just not my favorite – except Nas and Papoose.  They are the only ones so far that make sense to me).  It’s really just that simple.  Use your passion.

Proactively stabilizing your mind will support you achieving your goals because you are more laser focused on the priorities of minimizing liabilities and maximizing the assets in your life.  Using what you’re passionate about is the vehicle you need to enhance the ability of living in perfect peace.

Much love,
